Welcome to Heartlee (CycleStick.com). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any order or using our platform. These terms govern your use of our website, products, digital services, and any related communication.
Heartlee offers unique celebration kits that connect physical décor with digital experiences through QR-coded wooden sticks, personalized event galleries, and optional gift card or crowdfunding features. By using our site or submitting information through our forms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into this agreement.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete details including your name, shipping address, and payment information. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, and your credit card details are encrypted. Heartlee does not store or have access to your full payment credentials. Orders are processed once payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent automatically. All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Shipping times vary by location. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via USPS or equivalent carrier. Tracking details are provided when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at support@sicklestick.com with your order number and a photo for review. We will replace defective items or provide store credit at our discretion.
Each Heartlee kit is customized for your event and therefore non-refundable once QR codes and digital links have been generated. However, we may consider partial refunds or replacements in case of verified product damage or technical issues with the digital system. Refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
All digital features — including QR codes, event galleries, and friend submissions — are powered by WordPress, Gravity Forms, and our proprietary plugin. You are responsible for the content shared by you or your guests. Messages, photos, and videos must comply with our content policy: no illegal, hateful, obscene, or harmful materials are allowed. Heartlee reserves the right to remove or disable access to any gallery, card, or event that violates these standards without notice.
You agree not to misuse or interfere with our services, attempt to reverse-engineer our system, or exploit vulnerabilities. Unauthorized use of automated bots or scraping tools is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be abusing the platform.
For crowdfunding and gift card features, payments are handled through Stripe and optionally through Tango Card Inc.. Contribution data such as donor names, payment amounts, and messages are used solely to process transactions and display progress within your event gallery. By enabling these features, you grant Heartlee permission to process and display this information securely.
Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we maintain high security and reliability standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Heartlee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or digital access issues. Your use of QR codes, online galleries, and third-party integrations (such as Stripe or Tango) is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.
Intellectual property rights for all brand elements — including the Heartlee name, logo, website content, graphics, and plugin functionality — remain the exclusive property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission. Event photos and user-generated submissions remain your property; however, by submitting them, you grant Heartlee a limited, non-exclusive right to display or reproduce them solely within your event gallery.
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your information. By using our services, you also consent to data transfers necessary for order processing, analytics, and email communication.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our site after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
